Gordon and Sarah Moore are not exactly an ordinary married couple. Sarah is a typical Englishwoman, Gordon is a typical Texan. Thanks to their joint efforts, their cattle ranch brings in huge incomes. Saying goodbye to her husband at the airport and getting on a plane bound for New York, Sarah could not even think about what meanness the faithful one had prepared for her. Another woman has appeared in his life, and he wants a divorce. In New York, Sara is found by bailiff Joe Tyler, who is tasked with serving her with documents on the initiation of divorce proceedings. Her only chance not to remain inferior after the divorce is to take the initiative and be the first to hand the divorce papers to her husband. For carrying out this operation, Sarah offers the same Joe Tyler a million dollars...
