John Constantine managed not only to visit hell, but also to return back. Born with abilities that he did not like - the ability to see angels and demons that are on earth in the form of people - Constantine, under the pressure of circumstances, tried to commit suicide in order to get rid of the disgusting visions. However, unsuccessfully. Saved against his will, he finds himself back in the world of the living. Now marked with the suicide seal and given a temporary right to life, he patrols the border that separates heaven and hell, vainly hoping for salvation through fighting demons.
