The church hierarchs stage a trial in the Bobbio convent, accusing Sister Benedetto of seducing the priest Fabrizio, after which he committed suicide. Only a witch could commit such a crime. Demanding from the girl a confession of satanic tricks and repentance, her tormentors use the most sophisticated tortures with fire and water. Federico, who came to the monastery with the twin brother of the suicide, becomes a witness of terrible abuse. He also considers Benedetto a criminal, but he himself becomes a victim of her charms ... Thus begins the story of the cursed monastery, the echoes of which will reach our days ...
