Stan, Kyle, Kenny and Cartman sneak into the screening and get acquainted with the terrible insults that are spewed by the distinguished Canadian humorists of the toilet room - Terrence and Phillip. After watching, children bring culture to the masses - they hide everything in the world. The US government, outraged by the immorality of Canadian film productions, takes Terrence and Philip under arrest and intends to execute them in the electric chair. And at this time, Saddam Hussein is in the depths of Hell, together with his friend Satan, preparing to come to the surface and take over the Earth forever.
