Francesca is the wife of an American farmer and the mother of two children. She comes from Southern Italy, where her romantic dreams were not destined to come true. Suddenly, fate intervenes in her monotonous life: a meeting with Robert. Robert is a freelance photographer, he has long been used to living alone. But this meeting also changes his fate. They fell passionately and unreservedly in love with each other. For this love, which they dreamed of all their lives, they were given only 4 days.
