Tessa and Gardin's love is undeniable, and with each new test, their bond became stronger and their passion stronger. Only Hardin can't calm his demons, while Tessa is no longer the naive girl whose world he turned upside down. She feels that in the eternal attempt to save Hardin... she may lose herself... She wants to live, not survive. And what does he want? Does their fairy tale have a happy ending, or is "happily ever after" not for Tessa and Hardin?
